Wide means the inclusion of a pair of slightly wider strips. Then there are a load of tiny little strips that you can't use and throw away. I think "wide" should cover all of your fingers being wider than average, not just a pair of wider nails. To get a decent cover you need to buy 2x sets to use only the widest few wraps per set. Bad value.
